Conscious Application
Prior to flexing my creativity, carefully understanding a client's brand guidelines is vital before pitching content. The overall aesthetic conveyed from the client and through the guidelines called for clean, luxurious and concise media. From the house font, to the angle of the sliced "A", from the angle of the two tone colour to the spacing, abiding by the visual brand standards provides order.
Storyboarding
Laying the foundation of the vision for the creative piece is most important. At the infancy in the production process, amends were made on the fly while collaborating with Creative and Marketing Leads. Presenting the pitch in frames helped the client follow the flow of content I aimed to engender.
Optimising and Re-purposing Social Media Assets
Consistency in the media produced and used across platforms is key. Deviating with major differences in the creative content for the marketing campaign across platforms delivers a fragmented experience. Re-purposing the media produced from Youtube for Instagram and Instagram Stories allowed for a more consistent visual voice for the promotional campaign.
