Experience Harrods
As the world’s most famous department store and known for its unrivaled range of luxury products and myriad of departments, one of Harrods’ most renowned attributes is its unparalleled service and shopping experience. This goes beyond the shop floor to the creative service from the Harrods Media team. As part of the in-house creative production team, I collaboratively assisted clients in harnessing Harrods' dynamic media portfolio to drive brand visibility in store and ultimately retail sales. From in-store digital video and print screen networks, to the Harrods App, our mission was to always help brands push the boundaries with digital innovation for a more complete retail campaign and customer experience.
Vogue Collaboration
From talks and masterclasses from John Galliano to Jean Paul Gaultier, from Christian Louboutin to Bobbi Brown and Olivier Rousteing and Vogue's Lucinda Chambers, the 2015 Vogue Festival in partnership with Harrods was a packed event. Festival-goers were provided the opportunity to learn from leaders in their respective fields of the fashion industry.
Retail Marketing and On Site Coverage
As a simple static collaged graphic was provided, the team and I believed a static image would not be suffice. As the high profile event was located at the Royal College of Art and Royal Geographical Society, a more artistic approach was taken to visually animate the piece to grab audiences' attention.

Drawing in Attention
This unique creative approach to introducing the final graphic stood out on Harrods' in-store digital screen network and assisted in increasing audience awareness and ticket sales.
In addition, on-site support was also provided as event photographs were showcased LIVE at Harrods on the digital media walls. With assistance from Harrods' Digital Advertising Manager and as part of the 2015 Vogue Festival coverage, a custom After Effects template was created to import images to raise awareness about the high profile event on the digital screen network.
